- Provide me with 3 pictures of your room from different angles.
- I will then create a plan & provide you with 3 2D visual mockups of your space.
- After reviewing the 3 visuals, you are granted 4 additional revision based on the feedback given to me.
- To conclude i will give you the final 2D/3D rendering of your space along with a detailed sourcing list and total cost, with furniture placement plan. I will then order all furniture and schedule and coordinate with the delivery team and manage any returns or, replacements, damaged items so you can be stress free!

Ideal for those who need a room fully or partly designed without assistance in scheduling or ordering . With this package I will guide you to find the pieces to fit your design needs.
- The call begins with a video tour of your home.
- The discussion often focuses on color schemes, decor styling, textiles, paint colors, and layouts.
- After our call. You will email me 3 pictures of your room
- I will then create a concept board with furniture and decor inspiration with key design ideas and a color palette.
- The design assistance is limited to the 50 minute call. Any additonal revisions or designs can be purchased at a bundled price or $95 per design.

This is a 55-minute in person walkthrough or virtual Zoom call that addresses your general design concerns and goals to determine if i will be a good fit for your project. Consult cost will be credited towards project budget. Consult cost is non refundable if you choose to not move forward.I look forward to seeing your gorgeous home!

- We will start by schedule a time and day to do a in person or a virtual tour of your home.
- The walkthrough discussion often focuses on color schemes, decor styling, textiles, paint colors, and layouts.
- I will start by creating 3 2D visuals of each room with different design and furnishing options with unlimited revisions to determine your personal design style.
- Once we have defined your style and genral design goals i will create a 3D rendering of each room with different design and furnishing options so you can see what your home will look like in the most realistic way possible.
- We will go over all options until you are fully satisfied with the finished concept.
- once satisfied we will go to a local tileand flooring warehouse to pick out samples.
- I will order all paint/fabric swatches, along with any flooring and tile samples and present them in a aesthetic tray to review under your home lighting to make sure we are all happy with the selections before moving forward with ordering and installing.
- Once designs & textiles have been selected, I will provide you with a step by step timeline, including a personalized sourcing list of all the items you have approved along with budget friendly alternatives and a price sheet.
- I will order all materials & supervise the tradies working on the job.
- I will then schedule a day to finish setting up furnishings and any final touches before taking final pictures.
- I will dispose of all boxes and packaging so you can enjoy your newly decorated space immediately!
